Do you offer telehealth visits?
Many follow‑up visits, medication checks, and some wellness and nutrition consultations can be done via secure telehealth, while certain exams and procedures must be done in person.

Appointments can be scheduled online through the website’s booking link or by calling the office during business hours. Same‑week availability is often reserved for urgent needs.
What should I bring to my first visit?

Who will I see at my appointment?
Patients are seen by a nurse practitioner who provides comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment and coordinates with specialists if additional care is needed.
Insurance, Payment, & Pricing
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, we are primarily cash-pay, but do accept traditional Medicare. Every medical visit will have a super-bill posted to the portal to submit to your commercial insurance plan, if they accept out-of-network providers, for reimbursement. Please refer to your individual insurance plan for more information.
Do you offer self‑pay or membership options?
We are a cash-pay practice. In order to keep cost as low as possible for patients, we only bill per-appointment, rather than membership.
Are med spa and cosmetic services covered by insurance?
Med spa and cosmetic services are typically not covered by insurance and are usually billed as self‑pay, with pricing discussed before treatment.
