Do you Accept Insurance?
At this time, we are primarily cash-pay, but do accept traditional Medicare. Every medical visit will have a super bill posted to the portal, which you may submit to your insurance.
How do I schedule an appointment?

What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring a photo ID, insurance card (if applicable), a list of medications and supplements, and any recent lab results. Please complete new-patient forms online prior to your arrival; they will be emailed to you after you schedule your appointment.
