Schedule a Consultation

Ready to experience the transformative power of integrative and modern medicine?  Book an in-office or virtual consultation. After you book your consultation, you will receive an email confirmation with links to all forms needed for the initial appointment.

Virtual Appointment

Prior to your virtual appointment, you will receive automated SMS/email reminders with a unique, secure link to join.   At the appointment time, you will click the link to enter a virtual waiting room and connect via secure video/audio.
